The agency
TBS Management is a Swiss-based basketball agency. It was founded by former pro basketball player Tony Brown in 2018, an international agent who is FIBA certified. The agency represents basketball players from around the world. During the past years, deals were sealed in many countries such as Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Chile, Germany, Spain, Iran, Oman, Georgia and others.
Our goal
Our goal is to find the best deals and support possible for our players in order to help their long-term career growth. We are focus on meeting the players and the teams expectations. We do represent players and coaches, and take care of the contracts negociations. We provide the players advices and experience about career building and decisions throughout their career.
Along with the team assembled we strive to build relationships with our players and help them on or off the court as much as possible.

Tony Brown
Tony created the agency TBS after a long professional career in Europe, in France, Luxembourg and Switzerland where he currently resides over the span of 15 plus years. In 2018 the agency was officially born, and through hardwork and professionalism has continued to grow and develop year after year. He is the founder and the CEO of the agency
Loan Suffia
Loan also played basketball and did coach youth teams in Switzerland. He joined the agency in 2019. He represents players and is also in charge of the communication of the agency. He coached multiple years from youth kids to youth adults, where he also scouts young players for regional selection teams.
